To all Visayas Airsoft Teams
Dear Sir/Madam:
Good Day.
We wish to invite you to “HEATWAVE”: Filipino Airsoft (FAS)-Southern Negros Elimination for the Nationals, the largest Airsoft Speedball Event in the Philippines to date. The games will be held at the town of Zamboangita, Negros Oriental, about 25 minutes south of Dumaguete City, on April 18-19, 2009.
Game details are as follows:
Team: 15-man team
FPS Limit: 450 fps
Game type: Speed ball
Regsitration Fee: Php 350/Person (PhP 5,250/Team)
Should you wish to participate, we are requiring the submission of the following requirements not later than April 1, 2009:
1. List of Participating Members of the Team
2. List of Equipment with corresponding FESAGS Assigned serial numbers
3. 50% Downpayment of the Registration Fee (Php 2,625.00)

TO ALL LUZON AND MINDANAO TEAMS,
We would be happy to accommodate you to play in this event, but unfortunately if ever your team will win in this leg, FAS will not allow you to join the semi finals for visayas, luzon or mindanao because this elimination is only for visayas area teams..
For us the organizers, we can allow your team to play in this leg for the love of the game. and if you win, it would be an honor for your team.

We will be accomodationg 16 teams for Heatwave. 1st come 1st searve. For the semi-finals, there will be 18 Qualified teams will be coming from all FAS' sanctioned games like Heatwave. These qualified teams are those top ranking winners divided by the number of sanctioned legs from the visayas. As of now we do not yet know if it would be the top 3 or top 5 because we do not know if there will be an additional visayas sanctioned leg that will emerge before the semi finals

Hi!
We have 11 Teams who have made it thru the deadline. However there are 8 more teams who asked for an extension. But im afraid, since we can only allow a max of 16 teams we will only be able to accomodate them on a first-come-first-serve basis
We will be posting/emailing game mechanics and scenarios once we are done with the dryruns so we can finalize stuff.
So far everyting looks good. We will proceed on working and finalizing after the Holidays.

List of local host: www.filairsoft.com/forum/showthread.php?t=66193Deadline of acceptance of local team host will be on April 25, 2009 (3 months before the Finals) Regions (Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao) are divided into 2-6 host depending on the airsoft population in your region. Local host will only accommodate around 200-400 players per semi-final. - 2 Host: 9 teams/hosted event will be qualified for the FINALS
- 3 Host: 6 teams/hosted event will be qualified for the FINALS
- 4 Host: 5, 5, 5, 3 teams/hosted event will be qualified for the FINALS respectively
- 5 Host: 4, 4, 4, 4, 2 teams/hosted event will be qualified for the FINALS respectively
- 6 Host: 3 teams/hosted event will be qualified for the FINALS
- The last host to deliver a sanctioned game gets the least team to be qualified for the FINALS
- If the host backs out or cancels the sanctioned game, the qualified teams will be according to the remaining existing number of host respectively
- No event will be delivered 45 days before the FINALS
